Size Guide

Choosing the correct swim nappy size is important for both comfort and effective containment. BANZ swim nappies are sized according to your child's weight, with age ranges provided as an approximate guide.

How to choose the right size: Use your child's current weight as the main guide, rather than relying on their age alone.

The swim nappy should fit securely around the waist and legs without digging into the skin or leaving noticeable gaps. The adjustable drawstring waist allows additional adjustment, but cannot compensate for a swim nappy that is too large.

Please note: Age ranges are approximate. The correct fit is particularly important for helping contain solid waste during swimming.

Important Swim Nappy Information

BANZ reusable swim nappies are designed to help contain solid bowel movements rather than absorb urine.

Unlike an everyday nappy, a swim nappy is not designed to hold liquids. This helps prevent it from becoming heavy and waterlogged while swimming.

For effective containment, the swim nappy must fit securely around the waist and legs. No swim nappy can guarantee complete containment or prevent every leak.

Always follow your swimming pool's hygiene guidance. Some swimming facilities may have additional requirements for babies and toddlers using swim nappies.
