UK postage

UK delivery costs £5.10 for orders below £299.99.

UK delivery is free for orders of £299.99 or more.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1 pm on the same working day. This dispatch timeframe is an aim and is not guaranteed.

International postage

International postage is based on the weight of the parcel and is sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.

All goods are dispatched from our United Kingdom warehouse.

Postage changes

Postage prices may change on 1 January each year, or sooner if there is a substantial change in charges from the postal service or courier.

Tax and duty

Tax and duty are not included on orders from non-UK and non-EU countries. These may be charged by the customs authority of the destination country.

Returns and EU right of withdrawal

If you return an order under the EU right of withdrawal, we will refund the standard outbound delivery cost.

If you selected a premium, express or upgraded delivery option, only the standard delivery rate will be refunded.
