Return Policy
UK Returns Period
All goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving them. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer a refund. In this case please contact us to see if an exchange is possible.
International Returns Period
Please contact us before returning your item so we can advise you on how best to return the item. Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of you receiving them. If 30 days has passed please contact us.
General Returns Policy
Customer are responsible for returns postage costs. Sadly we can not provide returns labels. Please include a note inside with your order number and the reason for your return, stating if you would like an exchange / refund. Without this your return can't be processed.
Disposable goods such as nappy liners, disposable swim briefs, and intimate items such as Underwear are non-refundable due to hygiene. We can not re-sell these and are unable to accept goods of this nature returned.
Refunds will be considered for all other items returned in resalable condition (unworn, unwashed and in it's original packaging). It must also be in the original packaging. The item(s) must not be worn, soiled, used or submerged in water / sprayed with products. All product packaging must be in good condition and returned.
Please refrain from returning any Incy Wincy purchases to the manufacturer.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return your original item and include a note with the size and product you would like to exchange this for, inside the returns parcel.
Returns received without product packaging
For orders returned without product packaging, if they can't be re-packaged they will be returned back to the customer. If they can be re-packaged a fee of £5 will be charged and deducted from the refund to cover the cost of re-packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned and that a refund has been processed. A credit will then automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping costs are not refundable (This does not affect your statutory rights).
Order Cancellation Fees
We offer same-day dispatch, so once your order has been placed, it may not be possible to cancel and remove your order from the shipment. Please contact us immediately on the day of purchase and we will confirm if it's possible to cancel your order. A charge or 2.5% may be necessary to cover the cost of admin.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, but have received a refund confirmation from us, please first check your bank account / paypal account, then contact your bank. It can take time for your refund to be officially posted dependant on your bank processing time.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged / faulty / incorrect items
If items are defective or damaged please send us an email with photos to info@incywincy.net with your order number. We will request you to return the item to us at the below returns address. Customers are responsible for the postage costs until we have approved the return. If the product is found to be faulty we would look to replace the item and refund the postage. You must keep postage receipts to send to us in order to refund the postage.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the gift giver will receive the refund for the value of your product. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product please include a note with your order number otherwise we won't be able to identify the order and refund you for the goods. If you have misplaced this, then please include your full name and postcode.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50. We can not refund lost items.
