Making A Purchase
Please be aware if the cardholders address is not input correctly your payment may be rejected after the order has been placed.
To input a different delivery address tick the box at the top of the cardholders address form.
Once orders are placed they cannot be changed. It is up to customers to place the orders correctly.
All payments are taken in sterling pounds.

Shipping And Handling
We are based in England, United Kingdom.
We will dispatch orders the next working day (subject to stock availability). Therefore allow 3 working days for delivery from the time you order (UK ONLY)
Your order will be shipped 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For. Signature will be required.
Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For.
We have stated the charges for overseas orders according to Zones and weight of the order. If you are unsure of what your P&P charge is, please contact us. Please note we are unable to phone you but we will reply to your email. Therefore, please let us know your contact email address and your full postal address.
Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery from the time you order.
- Orders are shipped the next working day(subject to availability of stock)
- Customer will receive an email once the order is placed and again when order is shipped with tracking number if applicable.
- No shipping on UK public or bank holidays.
- Overseas orders will take longer arrive.
If your item is not in stock, we will inform you via an email. Therefore we ask you check your email regularly until you receive your order.
For orders within UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. For all other countries ,VAT is not chargeable.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 days no quibble guarantee. However, shipping - postage is not refundable.
Cancelled Orders - fee
Please note, it may not always be possible to cancel orders, especially as they may be shipped the same day. Orders cancelled before dispatch - will incur a charge of 3% of total cost of order if paid via Shopify and 4% is paid via PAYPAL.
All goods must be returned with 14 days of receiving them. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item/s must not be worn, soiled, used, submerged in water. All product packaging must be in good condition and returned. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Disposable goods such as nappy liners and disposable swim briefs cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. So, if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 9 Trafford Road READING RG1 8JP. Otherwise, please re-order online.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the gift giver will receive the refund for the value of your product. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9 Trafford Road READING RG1 8JP, UK You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not refund for lost items.
