UK delivery

UK delivery costs £5.10 for orders below £299.99.

UK delivery is free for orders of £299.99 or more.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1 pm on the same working day. This dispatch timeframe is an aim and is not guaranteed.

Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on UK public and bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

Please allow approximately 2–5 working days for UK delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available. A signature may be required for some deliveries.

International delivery

International delivery charges are calculated according to the destination, parcel weight, order value and available delivery service. The available options and total delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

International orders may be sent using Royal Mail or an appropriate courier service.

Please allow approximately 7–10 working days after dispatch for international delivery. Some destinations may take longer because of customs processing, local delivery services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customs charges and import taxes

Customers outside the United Kingdom may have to pay import duties, local taxes, customs charges or carrier handling fees.

Unless checkout expressly confirms that these charges are included, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our delivery charge.

Delivery addresses

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. An incorrect or incomplete address may cause delays or result in the parcel being returned to us.

If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was not collected, we will contact you to discuss redelivery or a refund. A new delivery charge may apply where the failed delivery was not caused by us or the delivery company.

Delivery delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, adverse weather, customs processing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
