KayCey Adult Tube-Access Popper Vest - Sleeveless

A sleeveless adult adaptive popper vest with a separate tube-access opening. Wear it as a base layer under everyday clothing, with coverage over an adult nappy and access to a feeding tube during care.

How it helps

The one-piece design keeps the vest connected through the crotch and provides coverage over continence products. It is a practical option for adults with additional needs who receive help with dressing or changing. A popper vest has a different fastening from a secret zip-back suit.

Key features

• Sleeveless design.
• Reinforced crotch with five durable poppers for changing.
• Separate opening for feeding-tube access. Check the position and fit against the tube you use.
• Flat-locked side seams for a smoother feel.
• Tag-free design to reduce label irritation.
• Top-stitched openings to help minimise curling.

Fabric and comfort

Soft cotton/elastane fabric. The supplier describes the fabric as AZO-free. Flat-locked seams and a tag-free design may be helpful if raised seams or labels feel uncomfortable; comfort preferences vary.

Fit and sizing

Use the adult popper vest chart below. S = Small, M = Medium, L = Large, XL = X-Large and XXL = XX-Large. Chest and body-length figures are the supplier’s “up to” measurements. Body length is measured from shoulder to crotch, not to the leg hem. Measure while wearing the adult nappy or continence product normally used.

The chart shows the manufacturer’s size range; the size selector shows the options for this listing. If measurements fall between sizes, or room is needed for a brace, ask us for help before choosing.

Care instructions

• Gentle machine wash with similar colours. Follow the garment’s care label.
• Air-dry.
• Do not bleach or dry clean.

Before you choose

This is adaptive clothing, not an absorbent continence product or swimwear. Use the wearer’s usual continence product underneath where needed.

The opening provides access; it is not a tube-protection or tube-fixation device. Check its position against the wearer’s PEG or G-tube and follow their usual care guidance.
