Shipping And Handling We are based in England, United Kingdom. There is no extra postage charges for UK customers.

DESPATCH

We will dispatch orders within few days, provided we have stock available. We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force. Postage & packaging charges are not refundable. UK delivery can take between 3 to 21 working days - subject to availability of stock. When payment is received by cheque - please allow at least 14 days for delivery.

All orders are sent via Parcel Force or Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery -THEREFORE YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN FOR THE GOODS - so please do not ask for it to be left around your property as the postman not do it. If you prefer us NOT to send your order Recorded Delivery, please let us know. Orders for £5 and under will be sent just by First Class (not Recorded) . - However, we cannot take responsibility for Non-Recorded items lost or delayed in transit.

You will be asked your destination after selecting your first item, please make your selection and continue shopping. Most Overseas parcel will be sent by Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery.

We also offer delivery by courier - which will delivery in 2-3 days (subject to availability of stock) or Special Delivery which ever is quicker.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send out your order to you within 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 10 days but we cannot guarantee this. If any products are temporarily or permanantly out of stock we will contact you via email as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTES THERE WILL BE NO DESPATCHES DURING UK BANK HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS AND COMPANY HOLIDAYS [during Easter, Summer and Christmas, New Year]

If Royal Mail leaves a card for the customer to collect the goods because delivery had failed, then the goods must be collected within 7 days. After 7 days Royal Mail will return the goods to Incy Wincy and re-delivery will have to be arranged. There will be a charge for re-delivery.

For UK customers we provide Courier service which is 2-3 days (subject to availability of stock) -Weekdays delivery only.

SUMMER HOLIDAY - No orders are process during the holiday. Dates will be stated on this website in advance of closing.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be sent an email with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders within UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

To have the VAT taken off, you need to fill in a VAT exemption Form and send it to us. A copy can be downloaded from this website, where the items in Special Needs section has added VAT. We will then refund the VAT back to you.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

CUSTOMERS MUST TYPE IN THE NAME AND ADDRESS REGISTERED TO THE CARD THEY ARE USING. FOR ADDED SECURITY AND AVOID DELAY IN DESPATCHING YOUR ORDER CUSTOMERS MUST TYPE IN THEIR SECURITY CODE. [These are last 3 digit of the number that appears on the back of your debit/credit card. Payments are automatically suspended on security checks if the address or the security code does not match.

This prevents stolen cards being used on our website - part of preventing fraud. We have also introduced PayPal.

Privacy Policy Incy Wincy DOES NOT disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.
Returns Policy CANCELLED ORDERS - Any orders cancelled before being despatched will incur a charge of £1.70 if paid by Mastercard, Visa or Delta; and £0.75 if paid by Maestro/Switch, this is because we incur bank charges as soon an order is placed and are not refunded for any cancellations. If order is cancelled after despatched, a charge for postage and packaging will be deducted when refunding. Same applies orders that need re-posting - a charge for postage and packaging will apply.

REFUNDS

Refund will only be given on Goods Returned within 28 days of Delivery. Any Goods found to be defective in respect of material or workmanship would be replaced. P&P and Administration cost are not refundable.

EXCHANGE or RETURNS [UK only]

We will exchange any goods as long as they are returned within 28 day period and undamaged. All exchanges can only be sent to the address in the original order. Charge for exchange and returns are as follows: £2.00 for goods under £30 and £3.00 for items worth £30.01 to £49.99 and £5.00 for goods £50 and over. Postage MUST be sent with the goods to be exchanged or it can be charged on your Debit/Credit card (UK only). SIMPLY RETURN GOODS MAKING SURE YOU OBTAIN A CERTIFICATE OF POSTING FROM YOUR POST OFFICE [Freepost address will be provided with your order so you do not have to pay return postage]. Please use our FREEPOST address to return goods upto 750g in weight.

NON-REFUNDABLE RETURNS

" Items returned after one month of purchase WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged

" Items that have been immersed in water and or worn WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged.

" Items whereby the labels have been taken off and packaging damaged or destroyed WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged as this renders items non-resalable.

HOLIDAYS

We are closed Bank Holidays and Bank Holiday Weekends. You will be able to leave Messages on our answer machine. No orders are despatched during these periods.

If the person for whom the goods are bought for is registered disable - then a ZERO VAT DECLARATTION

FORM needs to be filled in and returned to claim back any VAT you have been charged for the goods only.
